Following a heavy down pour, an ingress of flood water flowed inside the bottom half of the property affecting walls and flooring resulting in a category 3 water loss and class 3 water loss affecting a total of 4 rooms. South QLD Restorations technicians first conducted a report of the findings at the property as well as conducting moisture checks as applicable. Drying equipment was installed to dry the affected areas. An assessment of the damages was undertaken and a make safe completed as well as a microbial sanitisation and deodarisation treatment of the affected room.
