Mitigation of Water Oxenford

 South QLD Restoration attended due to a burst flexi pipe in the property, resulted damage due to escape of liquid included elevated moisture readings throughout the home, damage to flooring and walls in the upstairs area, damage to ceilings, walls and floors on the bottom ceiling and damaged contents in the storage room. A total of 13 rooms being affected. During our initial inspection our technician conducted a thorough report, moisture content checks and installed the appropriate drying equipment. Further investigations found that the flooring to the upstairs living area and hallway was to be removed to help further dry the structural timber floor. Holes were drilled in the kick plates of the kitchen in order to dry cabinetry. Satisfied with the water mitigation carried out at the property the insured was impressed with the way in which our staff carried out the necessary work in a professional and courteous manner.
