David Hall

David Hall

Managing Director

David has worked in the Cleaning & Restorations industry since 1989. He started in Carpet Cleaning & Pest Control and has continued to expand on his skills and experiences in the industry for over 20 years.

In 1999, David started working in Water Damage Restoration. He travelled from the United States to Australia, project managing water damage restoration companies during storm seasons and natural disasters.

When Davids’ not providing floor cleaning, drying and restoration services, you can find him barracking for both Parramatta and North Queensland in Rugby League.

South QLD Restoration have afforded me a lot of growth opportunity within the industry in the way of training and furthering my knowledge in restoration. Every day is different working in restoration you never know what is in store for you for the day whether that be attending a fire job, mould, or water damage. I feel that in working with South QLD Restorations I am working with industry professionals that I can learn from and push me to take on new and challenging opportunities.

I love tattoos, cars, and racing. In my spare time I enjoy going for drives out bush with my family, helping people, making them laugh and having fun. Prior to working at South QLD Restoration, I was a stay-at-home father to my 4 children.

After working as a Production Supervisor for a leading Dairy factory, looking to set himself new challenges Peter has recently joined our team and started employment with South QLD Restoration as a Restoration Technician. Peter enjoys the diversity of different jobs in which he attends varying from cleaning, fire, and water restoration jobs. In his spare time Peter enjoys spending quality time with his kids and wife at the beach. He is excited to welcome his third grandchild on the way in the upcoming months.

Shane Hegedus

Restoration Technician

Previously working as a kitchen cabinetry installer for the past 15 years, with experience also in demolition and as a construction labourer. Passionate about providing a high level of customer service every job. I enjoy meeting new people and working on a different variety of jobs in all different locations throughout Brisbane – Gold Coast. Outside of work I enjoy fishing and any type of water sports.

Newly appointed within South QLD Restoration with no previous experience, this is Zac’s first paid job after leaving senior schooling. Bringing a fresh perspective to the team, a high level of motivation and willingness to learn we are excited to have Zac on board and see what the future holds in terms of his employment here at South QLD Restoration.

Carpet, Upholstery & Tile Specialist

Previously having worked as a vehicle detailer for the last 2 1/2 years, Ray initially joined South QLD Restoration as our Carpet, Upholstery & Tile specialist. During his employment Ray has earned his Certification in Water & Mould Restoration. The best part he enjoys about his role is seeing the clients satisfaction following a clean and restoration job. He enjoys seeing first hand the results in bringing old contents back to life. In his spare time Ray looks after sick and injured wildlife.
