We offer reliable reconstruction and recovery services to mitigate water, fire, storm, mould and related damage. We help you to get back your property back to its pre-loss condition. We have an experienced team of mould removal professional technicians who examine the cause of the problem and provide recommendations to find a permanent solution rather than just treating the basic symptoms.

Indraka Herath began working within the residential and commercial industry from an early age and after 6 years he founded Sunstate Carpet Cleaning and later South Qld Restoration.
Over the past 20 years he has recruited experienced personnel together with bringing in younger members to be trained in all aspects of our services offered from carpet and rug cleaning to water damage and flood recovery.

Brett was able to schedule an urgent appointment when I was having difficulties with mould to come and inspect and test. Very friendly and efficient, and gave me very helpful information. A competing company wanted to charge me 50% more for the test and they wanted to tack on a fee just to give me the results.
