Meyrick had a big storm at his property which resulted in an ingress of liquid coming from the wall cavity between the master bedroom and the ensuite resulting in elevated moisture in the carpets, a wet smell and a bad odour. Our technician reported for the carpets to be removed as they were non-restorable and installed drying equipment and removed and disposed of the non-restorable items and damaged structure.
